That clear swimming pool was a real blessing after a long day in the extreme heat. I stayed in a King room and found it neat, clean, comfortable and well maintained. GD deserves a special mention for helping with all my requests. When I accidentally locked myself out late at night, he answered straight away and came over to help. I really appreciated that support. Very good service, and I'd recommend staying here.

We'd definitely stay here again. The restaurant food was delicious, prepared by a very qualified chef, and the staff were super friendly. Our room at Best western Chaffey Motor Inn was large and reasonably priced, with a comfortable bed. Connecting my phone apps like Netflix to the TV was simple, and the screen explained what to do, so there was no guesswork or streaming trouble. Can't fault the place.

We felt really let down by this stay. The room was overpriced for what it offered, with scuff marks everywhere and no towel rack in the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, the light above the bed didn't work, and the fridge was extremely loud all night. The door had a ball lock but no chain. The next night we paid half as much at another hotel and had no issues with the room.

One word: unhappy. The shower was cramped, with only a curtain and no screen. The bathroom light was busted, towels were dirty, rubbish hadn't been collected and the bed wasn't made. The bikkies hadn't been replenished either. Definitely won't be back.

The meal was fantastic, and the whole stay was made better by Turkan, Mick and the staff, who couldn't do enough for us. From booking through to leaving, Turkan was professional and friendly. She puts in so many hours and is a godsend. Thanks, Turkan. We'll see you again.
