We stayed in the Redwood studio at Mintaro Cottages in April '25 and loved the whole experience. It was just the cute vibe I wanted for our little 'romantic' getaway. The hosts were really helpful and spoiled us with little extras. The location was great, with the pub down the road, and I especially loved the big spa bath. I'd love to come back in winter, light the fireplace, and get even cosier. It's perfect!

The gardens and grounds were well kept, and the property was beautifully presented and curated. We had a super comfortable two-night stay in the Villa cottage. The bathroom's huge spa and heated floor were lovely, and the open fire kept us toasty at night. We appreciated the excellent Mintaro Cottage 2018 vintage wine and will order more in future. It was too cold to try the outdoor tub, though I can imagine how much fun it could be.

The fireplace was a highlight, and the villa was warm, welcoming, and spacious for our two-night stay at Mintaro Cottage. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a spa bath and heated tiles. The kitchen was fully equipped, and breakfast was provided. I'd recommend this cottage (villa) to anyone after a relaxing, cosy and peaceful time.

Mintaro is picturesque, and the cottage is a handy base for seeing the Clare Valley, local attractions and countryside. We especially enjoyed strolling around and thought Reillys and Magpie & Stump Hotel were must-gos. Our two-night stay at Mintaro Cottage was everything we hoped for and more. The place is full of character, clean, well maintained, and cosy, with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was well equipped and the thoughtful touches made us feel at home. The garden and surrounds were peaceful and charming. We'd love to return.

The gardens are fantastic, the bed is comfy, and the kitchen is well appointed. On cold nights, the open fire really warms you up. The Stump (Magpie & Stump) is just down the road and is arguably the best country pub in SA. Loved this place and highly recommend a weekend here to explore The Clare. If you're visiting The Clare, it's a must-stay.
