The property itself was beautiful, but body corporate and management were a nightmare. At midnight, I got a call saying there'd been a noise complaint and too many people in the apartment. I called my daughter, who was staying there, and found out they weren't even there. They'd gone out two hours earlier. Management threatened to kick her out anyway, and had also harassed her as she left earlier that night. I wouldn't recommend this for a family holiday if you're looking for an enjoyable stay. If you're under 40 or have young children, I'd suggest booking somewhere else to avoid a really unpleasant experience.

We were forced out of the building by the body corporate and inspired holidays (real estate), who seem to make up the rules as they go. The women involved with the body corporate and inspired holidays made life very difficult for us. I've never encountered women I found so dishonest and untrustworthy. They had no issue making false accusations without proof to force us out, especially if you're under 40. I'm one of several people who have been harassed and told to leave by what I see as the lying, manipulative people running the nova building. Please seriously reconsider renting here. This review is legitimate.

Good price, close to the beach and restaurants, and very tidy and comfortable. The instructions for getting the keys, parking and finding the apartment were easy to follow. I'd definitely stay again.
