Oceans Mooloolaba

Those ocean views were the highlight. We could easily get to cafes, bars, and shops, and the staff pointed us toward some great places to eat around Mooloolaba. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We were a bit unsure about the price for just three nights, but wanted our first Mooloolaba stay to feel special. The apartment was modern and comfortable, with a great view and a deck to relax on. Ours had two bedrooms and bathrooms, though the layout was quite narrow. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was easy to head to the beach or shops each day. They serviced the apartment daily, so we always had fresh towels and supplies, which we really appreciated. The pool was nice, though some tiles needed replacing. The sauna was out of order, and the gym was very musty, so the extra facilities didn’t feel like good value. Parking was secure, and there’s a short walk at the back to Cole’s. Reception was friendly and helped us get the TV connected.

We didn’t want to check out because we wished the holiday could keep going. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the deep spa was lovely. We spent hours watching whales play and leap from the water, with wonderful views. All the staff were amazing, especially the lovely woman at Sunday checkout, who was such a pleasure to deal with and had us smiling. We’ll definitely come back.

There was poo in the toilet bowl when we first entered, and it took four hours after we called for someone to clean it. The room was also a mess, like a high school party had happened there. Staff weren’t helpful during our stay, and the room wasn’t cleaned while we were there. The whole experience was horrendous.
