Lovely staff and secure parking, with late check-in available. The rooms were very clean, tidy and well presented, and quite comfortable, with a retro feel. It's a budget-friendly motel, close to lots of restaurants, and worked brilliantly for an overnight stay in Moree.

Room 17 was clean enough but dated. There was black mould in the shower and on the ceiling by the skylight. The bed was listed as a queen on the site, but it was a double, old and poorly supportive, so it was hard to sleep. The manager was okay, though didn't seem very interested. If the other rooms are similar, I wouldn't recommend it.

I had the best sleep during my one-night stay, the room was quiet and really comfortable. The downside was the shower, which needs a proper deep clean, with dirt and whatever else blackening the door edges. The bedside lamps also seemed to have loose wires. They switched off when I touched the cord, not the switch.

The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, and the property felt secure, with the main gates locked from 8:30pm to 9:00am. For my work trip to Moree, Gold Harvest was more than adequate for the night. It's a basic, old-style motel, but my room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Along with the usual tea and coffee setup and hairdryer, there was a microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery.

There were plenty of amenities, but they were old and not cleaned well. The bathroom had mould and dead cockroaches, and it took at least an hour to air out the freshener that was covering the smell in the bathroom and toilet.
