I wanted somewhere peaceful in a natural setting where I could self-cater, and this place suited me perfectly at a very reasonable price. The apartment looks out over bushland and Lake Macquarie, and felt private and calm. It was spacious, beautifully presented and immaculately clean, with modern conveniences, complimentary wine, coffee and snacks, and a really comfortable bed. Diane met me when I arrived and checked that I had everything I needed. The guest booklet explained the appliances and had lots of information about local shops and activities. It would make a lovely couples retreat.

Everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up in this cozy, peaceful home by Lake Macquarie. We spent two lovely days there over Easter, and our host was so kind and welcoming that we felt at home straight away. We'd definitely love to return.

This lovely Air BnB has everything. The owners were welcoming, and the apartment was clean and beautifully presented, with stunning views across Lake Macquarie. Having a cuppa while watching the sunrise over the Lake was magical, and I loved hearing the birds as I walked along the water's edge. Thanks, I'll definitely be back to this little slice of paradise.

It was our first visit, and my wife and I loved the morning sunrises and the 360 view of the whole surrounding area. Diane and Ken have done a fantastic job keeping the room nearly perfect. Even though it's a studio, it feels spacious and everything is so well organized. I especially liked the clean, tidy, practical toilet facilities. If you enjoy fishing, head out to explore the jetty and catch a fish of the day for fun. We'd recommend it to our friends and come back to relax here again.

To Ken & Di, we felt at home as soon as we arrived at Silverwater. The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotless and smelled so good. It and the fabulous location are a real credit to you both. No wonder your guests keep coming back. Our stay was so relaxing, and we look forward to the next one. Thank you, with warm wishes.
