We loved having the wildlife around and have already booked to come back mid-year. We stayed in pavilion 6 for the 5k FoamFest, and it was beautiful. The staff were attentive and responsive, and everything was high quality. We also ate at the Tuscan Terrace on Saturday night and the cellar door cafe on Sunday morning. We loved our stay.

We had such a fun clamping experience, and the complimentary breakfast was super yummy. The staff were really nice, and the location was convenient, close to everything. The view was tiny and beautiful all around, with lots of wallabies near the accommodation. It felt peaceful and close to nature. It’s a fun stay for Harry Potter fans too.

We booked a package and came back to an ice-cold bottle of bubbles and a platter waiting in our room. There were lots of little details that made the experience feel special, including a picnic blanket to take to the winery and a proper minibar with snacks and different drinks. The modern pavilions were clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the wine tour and tasting, a delicious restaurant dinner, and breakfast at the cellar door the next morning. We had a beautiful stay at Sanctuary and will definitely be back.

Stay away from this filthy place for your wellbeing. We booked a family room hoping for some quiet, but changed three pavilions in four hours because each had outrageous problems that made it unlivable. Pavilion 9 had a mouldy kettle. Pavilion 2 had the most disgusting, filthy, unchanged bed sheet. They tried to move us to pavilion 11, which they were trying to get ready in 20 minutes. The pictures say more than words. Reception Dylan witnessed what happened with me and took pictures of pavilion 2 to investigate. They’ve been deflecting, and I still haven’t received an explanation.
