Lakeside Luxury Bed & Breakfast

My husband proposed to me here at night, on the gazebo lit up beautifully. The whole surprise was perfect: we had a couples massage and went out locally, then were led to the gazebo when we returned. It's a day and a stay I'll always remember. I came here last year for the surprise getaway he planned, and the place is breathtaking. The cottage has stunning views, breakfast has lots of options, and the homemade bread is delicious. We're looking forward to coming back. If you're planning a proposal or want a romantic stay, I highly recommend it. The place made ours feel like a fairytale.

The cottage was huge and had everything we needed, plus more. We were in the area for a nearby NYE function, and it was just around the corner. The host was great, and the gardens and sunroom were beautiful. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Kay was such a warm, cheerful host, and the stay was gorgeous. My partner and I would love to come back, hopefully for more than one night next time.

Kaye helped me plan a surprise birthday getaway for my partner and made everything feel special. The heater was on when we arrived, there was fresh food in the fridge, and the bathroom had plenty of toiletries. Having the spa ready to use topped off our night. Kaye had set up the room beautifully, with petals on the bed and in the bathroom, plus a bottle of champagne as an extra-cost addition. I'll come back to Lakeside Cottage whenever the big city starts feeling like too much. The service from Kaye, the location, and the cottage's presentation make me want to recommend this B&B to all my friends. Thanks again, Kaye :)
