We booked massages for both of us, with the woman working on my husband and the man on me. The woman kept making these guttural grunts and telling him to “relax,” which was hard to do with that going on. The massage itself was pretty average, but the whole experience felt so strange. On a stinking hot day, they led me to what was clearly a garden shed, even though it had air conditioning. It was one of the weirdest and most overpriced massages I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Clear Mountain is nowhere near the reef, or even the coast, so using “where the rainforest meets the reef” feels like poor advertising. It seems to trade on FNQ’s reputation. Shame on you.
