Dinner was exceptional, and the Bush breakfast was a fun experience. We felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. When a local fire meant we needed to change our room booking at short notice, the staff were incredible in helping us sort it out.

The Lava Tubes tour was fascinating and spectacular, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We spent two nights in an old train carriage, full of atmosphere but still very comfortable. The main resort area has a great bar and bistro, with seating in several spots, including booths made from train carriages. We loved our stay and can recommend it.

Ken was a fantastic guide on the Archway Explorer Tour. His knowledge of the area's wildlife, plants, and history made it a standout. The park's peaceful walking trails and relaxing atmosphere are a real treat, and the guided tours of the Undara Lava Tubes are a highlight. It is an isolated location, but for all the right reasons. The accommodation was amazing, and the staff were fantastic and helpful. 110% recommend!

Seeing the lava's patterns and colours in the Wind tunnel with Mel was a highlight, and the hidden dinosaur was a fun bonus. Ken and Mel showed us so many hidden gems on our first visit to Undara. The Archway tour felt special, especially wading through water in the tunnel. We also loved our modern, clean, comfortable Homestead accommodation. The sunset tour and starry skies made for wonderful memories. Loved every moment!

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was fantastic, and meals and drinks were reasonably priced. Book a table. Around the park there was lots of wildlife, and the campsite had plenty of space, staggered so we didn't feel crowded. The camp kitchen was well set up, showers were hot, and the laundry had good machines and dryers, plus lots of clothes lines. Bathrooms each had a toilet, sink, and shower behind one door. Wi-Fi only worked near reception, and there was no mobile signal out there, so keep that in mind before you go.
