Stephanie made sure everything was organised and ran smoothly for our vow renewal at goosewing cottage. The cottage was amazing, with everything we needed and more: farm fresh eggs, bacon, fresh bread, coffee and tea. The location was beautiful, with lovely sunsets and sunrises and plenty of wildlife. Being woken by the cattle mooing was part of the experience! Tina from gloss girl did a spectacular job with hair and makeup, Monty king took the stress out of the ceremony, and Adam cavanagh did an amazing job with our photos, catching every opportunity and the good lighting. My wife and I had such a special experience. Everyone was accepting, loving and friendly, and made it a day we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend goosewing cottage for an elopement, wedding, vow renewal or a cozy weekend with loved ones.

We booked Goosewing Cottage for our wedding without seeing it first, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. The ceremony was intimate and relaxed, exactly right for us, in a beautiful setting. Stephanie and Daniel made everything seamless and stress free, from our first enquiry through to checkout the day after the wedding. It’s wild that they can organize your perfect wedding when all you do is pick a few options on a form! The Homestead is beautiful too, and we hope to stay there someday, hopefully without the kids.

We felt so at home in this peaceful, gorgeous haven, and the breakfast was lovely and homely. What an extraordinary experience, made extra special by such amazing hosts. The pool and house were fantastic, and the Mount View location is secluded, away from traffic and stress. A few extra towels, paper towel, tea towels, a dish sponge and dishwashing liquid would have helped. Some of the vinegars were very dated, so we had to buy a few things, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Our elopement at Goosewing Cottage turned what is usually a two-hour event into the most exciting and special three days of our lives. We felt cozy and at home in the cottage, and the Homestead was a perfect place to spend time with our immediate family, who stayed on the property, before and after the wedding. Steph and Daniel were amazing hosts, planners, coordinators and lovely people from our first enquiry years before the date right up to minutes before we got married. We barely had to plan anything beyond the fun choices like colours and songs. They were accommodating about our extensive dietary needs and the changes we wanted to make to our package. There isn’t one thing we’d change. We can’t recommend Goosewing Cottage enough for a serene, gorgeous, intimate wedding.
