We woke to the sound of the ocean, and the pool area was lovely, with lots of room to relax. The rooms were spotless, spacious and modern, with thoughtful details that made them comfortable. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout. It all felt calm, luxurious and well maintained.

I could tell the room was clean as soon as I walked in. I oddly love that smell of cleaning products in a hotel, and there was no dust or staining. The freshly vacuumed carpet still had the lines in it. The bathroom was generous, with a double sink, a shower and a spa, which was a bonus. My only issues were that the hot water ran out after five minutes and I could hear footsteps outside from bed, so the room wasn’t very soundproof. Still, a fantastic stay, thank you!

Cobb & Co was a charming boutique hotel right in the heart of Mudgee. The room was lovely, with little touches of luxury, and the whole stay was amazing. Thanks for having us.

I’m here for work at least once a month and have tried several other motels, but I keep choosing Cobb and Co. They’re warm and accommodating, and always make an effort to make the stay feel a bit more special.

The vintage decor made the room quite impressive, and the courtyard was pretty, with a balcony wrapping around it. Finding the entrance took me a while. The sign was small and hung on the building’s corner, and a Thai Massage business was in the shopfront below. I knew Cob & Co had historically been a wagon builder, spotted a wagon logo on a side door, and guessed I was in the right place. The front door was just to the left of the Thai massage business. One caution: the shower is over the bath, and I slipped a little but stayed upright, so be careful not to fall.
