We were very happy with the hotel overall, including the cleanliness, spacious room, parking and other amenities. Our king + single room was clean and roomy, and the bathroom was clean with all the standard supplies. The kitchenette had a microwave, toaster, mini fridge and the usual kitchen supplies, though a few bowls and the microwave cover weren’t clean. There’s a pool, but we didn’t have time to use it.
The service was excellent, and it’s a lovely hotel. Everything in the room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the aircon worked great. Highly recommended.
Kelly and Jo responded promptly to my request and helped without hesitation when I had a broken ankle. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. They made a difficult trip much easier. Thank you.
A pleasant stay with a clean room and friendly staff. It’s one of the few places still using throw away shampoo bottles.
The staff were fantastic from the booking right through to waving goodbye. On this trip I forgot an item, despite usually being careful about that. They called within 5 minutes of checkout and met me at reception to hand it over, so I didn’t even need to get out of the car. I’d stayed here maybe 20 years ago for work and remembered it as great value, modern, quiet and staffed by great people. It’s still fantastic value today. The rooms are nice, clean and modern, with comfortable beds, effective air con, a big clean bathroom and USB charging ports in the power outlets. I’ll be back for sure!
