Beyonderup Falls Adult Retreat

Quiet, private, and surrounded by nature, it was just the peaceful getaway we wanted. The cabin was spotless and cosy, and the hot tub was amazing. We stayed two nights and will definitely come back.

The balcony spa looking out over the bush was amazing, and the wood fire was great too. We loved our two-night stay and will definitely return. We also ordered the cheese platter and breakfast basket, both very good value. Whimwood winery is two minutes up the road and worth visiting on the weekend for the very good wines and great host.

We were in chalet two and had just enough signal for messages and notifications, though calls wouldn't come through. The owners and their puppy, Cheif, were so welcoming and pleasant. The wood fire was wonderful on those freezing nights. Such a perfect getaway, and I really wish we’d stayed longer than two nights. We’ll certainly return soon.

The friendly owner checked us in when we arrived. The chalets are quaint and have a cosy cabin feel, with a fair bit of creaking that adds to the atmosphere. They’re about 100m apart, and we had the one furthest from the homestead. The fireplace came with plenty of wood, the kitchen was just the right size for cooking for two, and the hot tub was great, though its light didn’t work. We visited nearby towns for breakfast and dinner. Nannup was lovely, and its brewery stood out for the food, beer and live music. The main problem was the bed. It was very soft and sagged in the middle when we were both in it, so we rolled towards each other and I didn’t feel rested. The shower floor was dirty and the pressure poor, though that may be unavoidable with this chalet setup. Aside from those issues, it was a good stay. A much better bed would make this place amazing.
