When we left, the old man, who I believe is the owner, gave us a death stare. All I could read in his eyes was anger, hate and darkness. I've never felt so unwelcome as a guest. This was the worst motel on our Eastcoast trip, even though we stayed at lots of other motels. The other 1⭐ reviews don't seem like isolated cases, they match what we experienced. It wasn't the rooms for us, but the people who maintain or own the place.

Kerry was kind and friendly, and took the time to tell us about the area. The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the price was very reasonable. It feels absolutely underrated. Thanks for hosting us, we really enjoyed the stay.

Ian and Kerry were caring, helpful managers, and we enjoyed their hospitality during our last two nights. The rooms were lovely, clean and tidy. Happy to visit Farnboro motel again in future. Rene

The hosts seem to make mistakes fairly often, then get upset with the guests.

We booked at the last minute during a spontaneous family trip. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the price was great value, especially considering how late and under what circumstances we booked.
