The room was clean and tidy, and the girl at reception was really friendly. We arrived late, and luckily they were still open, even though they hadn’t received my message saying we’d be after check-in. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit cramped, since the glass screen hit the basin and made it awkward to get in. It did the job for what we needed, a sleep and a shower.

We stopped at the Crossroads Hotel for a last-minute dinner, and the Indian food was incredible. Kumar was very accommodating with our group, and Deon at the front bar kept things fun with great service and banter. Do yourself a favour and drop in for a meal and a drink 🤗

The staff made us feel at home, and the friendly atmosphere made the stay easy and relaxing. At Crossroads Hotel in Narrabri, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The meals were tasty and generous, with a good range to choose from. A reliable, enjoyable place to stay, eat and unwind when visiting Narrabri. Highly recommended.

The chips were great and the Indian food is good, but my $44.00 scotctfillet steak was tough and tasteless, and I couldn’t finish it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities, though the whole place needs major renovations and didn’t feel cared for. There’s no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up the threadbare stairs to the first floor, and parking was limited. We won’t be going back.

We were on time for our reservation on 20/09/2025, but when I mentioned it, the staff couldn’t find it. The Indian food was tasty, but service was disappointing. Only five of the seven of us got plates, so we had to ask for the rest, and there were no paper serviettes until we asked for those too. Dining experience only.
