There’s plenty of room to sit together, have tea, or play board games, so it works well for friends travelling as a group. The place is clean and quiet, and breakfast was simple but tasty. Rosie and Collin were the kindest hosts I’ve ever met. The room has an old-fashioned look with a romantic feel.

The internet was slow and didn’t reach every room, but otherwise the place had everything we needed for a night and was clean. It feels like stepping into a home or B&B from about 40 years ago, which made it quite an experience. Rosie and Colin were lovely, and even greeted us by name in the morning. We arrived late and picked up some really good Asian food in town, then ate it in the lounge. I’d recommend Rosies Inn.

My friend and I stayed at Rosie inn for just one night during our five days travelling around Tasmania, and we both agreed it was our best stay. It felt cosy and homely, the shower was nice and warm, and we slept really well. 👍🏼

There’s a big, comfortable lounge with books, and covered parking out the back. My double room with an ensuite was small but pleasant, with a little TV tucked up in the corner. It’s an older building, but well kept and decorated in a traditional style. Some rates include continental breakfast. Everyone can use the breakfast room, communal fridge, and microwave. The WiFi can be temperamental.

We booked at the last minute last week and were made to feel very welcome. Pam was fantastic and sorted out all our needs. The place was clean and inviting, and we’ll definitely stay again.
