We had a great stay and would come back when we're in Tasmania. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Shops are within walking distance, there’s off-road parking, and laundry is available on site at very reasonable prices. Good accommodation for families and tourists, with only a short drive to the main highway.

The decor felt a little dated, but the place was clean, comfortable and roomy, with great amenities. We really enjoyed staying here.

Reception doesn’t open until 9am on weekdays or 10am on weekends, which can eat into the day if you need help before heading out. The receptionist was very friendly. Our first night was awful: noisy neighbours carried on until nearly midnight, we could clearly hear people in nearby rooms, and the street noise added to it. We didn’t feel very safe, and it made the stay uncomfortable for my autistic daughter. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone sensitive to noise. The bedroom door also wouldn’t close properly. There’s no staff onsite after hours, so we called the caretaker. I was disappointed the noise complaint hadn’t been passed on to the manager. The manager didn’t make me feel respected or listened to, though a letter was sent to the noisy neighbours. We stayed for two nights.

We had a really pleasant stay at Graham apartments, with all the comforts we needed. We loved the TV services and had plenty to watch for our movie nights. It was one of the best stays of our Australia holiday.

We had a large family group of eight in the three-bedroom apartment, with three more people staying very close by. The rooms were neat and clean, the beds comfortable, and staff were friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of seating in the living area and the kitchen was large and well equipped. Beautiful setting and a great price.
