Hamlyn House had the cosy character and home comforts my partner and I look for when we travel. I especially loved the comfortable bed and gorgeous view, as well as the thoughtful selection of teas and breakfast options. We wish we’d stayed longer. Thanks so much for the hospitality. We’ll be back when we visit beautiful Hobart again.

The rooms were quiet, with plush carpet, and the kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils. The accommodation and facilities were beautiful. It’s easy to get there by public bus, and the owners were lovely and helpful when we called. A perfect first night in Tasmania for us.

A mix of modern and heritage fixtures, all very well maintained. The bed and breakfast was incredibly clean, with not a speck of dust anywhere. Highly recommend.
