Cosmo Motel Adamstown

Their attitude put me off enough that I cancelled my first booking and rebooked elsewhere, even though it cost substantially more and was twice as far away as was convenient. Guest Services were poor, and I’d tell genuine customers who don’t want to be hassled or accosted to book somewhere else. I stay in hotels 3 out of 4 weekend a month, and their disposition was beyond underwhelming. I’m sure they’ll respond defensively, just as they were combative and intent on being “correct” when I said I hadn’t received a call back. All the best Cosmo Motel Adamstown. Maybe next time just say, “No worries, how can we help...”

The room was great, with off street parking and a simple check-in and checkout. I loved the pet friendly welcome on arrival. The shower pressure was poor, though, and the place was somewhat noisy. I could hear people in the rooms beside and above us.

The triple room was roomy, clean, fresh, and nicely renovated, with comfy beds and everything the three of us needed. We drive an EV, so having charging stations at the motel was a big plus. They cost 22c/Kw, and we could top up whenever needed. Check-in was a breeze through the electronic door locks and text messages, so there was no rush to arrive before the office closed. We didn’t take room photos, but the website pictures are very accurate. What you see is what you get. 10/10, would recommend this great little Newcastle motel!

It was lovely and quiet, and shops were just a few minutes’ walk away. The room had everything I needed, was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy. I’ll stay again, thank you.
