Quest Newcastle West

The old school building and its architecture were lovely, and the two bedroom apartment was roomy and stylish, with all the facilities we needed. There was plenty of parking, the staff were friendly, and the gym was a good size. We were on the ground floor by the car park, so we couldn't leave the windows or curtains open because of the lack of privacy. I'll ask for a level one room next time. It didn't spoil an otherwise really comfortable stay.

Housekeeping and maintenance deserve my biggest thanks. They kept my apartment clean and comfortable, made sure it was stocked with supplies, and were lovely to chat with and so helpful. As a shift worker, I also appreciated that people considered what I needed to sleep in a quiet environment. The front desk guys were brilliant too, always friendly, happy to chat, and helpful with advice about things to see nearby and places to be careful. I spent three and a half months here and loved it. The renovation was beautiful, and everyone at Quest made my time there fantastic.

The staff were kind and thoughtful, the beds were comfy and the apartment fully set up. It's great that Quest restored this old brewery and shares its story.

For my birthday, the staff surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to what I'm pretty sure was their top suite. It was stunning. I'd left a hopeful note in my booking asking for a towel animal, and came into the room to find the most adorable towel elephant. It honestly made my day. They'd also left a beautiful bottle of champagne for me. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. From the moment I arrived, the team at Quest Newcastle West were warm and made the stay feel personal. I've rarely had service like that. They created a lovely memory for me, and I'll definitely book there again. Thanks to the wonderful team, you've earned a loyal guest for life.
