The setting was beautiful, and being so close to Nitmiluk Gorge and the nearby walks made getting out easy. We also loved the comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast, and sunset drinks and canapés that were included. Our family had a special stay and only wished we could have made it longer.

Nitmiluk is easy to explore from Cicada Lodge, and we had a fantastic time there. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was just right in the warm weather. Breakfast had a delicious spread, and we'd definitely recommend having dinner at the restaurant.

We couldn't stay at Cicada Lodge because of unavoidable circumstances, but the way the team handled our cancellation left us with a very positive impression. Our booking was non-refundable, yet they offered a 50% reimbursement as a goodwill gesture, which felt fair and generous. Their communication throughout was clear, respectful, and professional. We’d be happy to return another time.

The mocktails were exceptional, and the evening drinks with canapés were fabulous. The cabin was lovely, and breakfast was great too. It’s worth paying extra to stay here when you’re visiting the area.
