The family who manage Noosa Tropicana are delightful and quick to help if anything comes up, though the only issue we’ve had is where they suggest we try for dinner. We keep coming back because it’s tidy, clean, quiet and relaxing. The rooftop spa is calming, and it makes for a romantic getaway too. It’s a lovely choice for couples or families. Thanks for always looking after us.

Our annual Noosa Tropicana stay has become a tradition for three generations of our family, and we eagerly look forward to it each year. This was our third visit in a row, and the experience keeps getting better. The accommodation is immaculate and the setting is tranquil. Darryl and Michael welcome us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their care, attention to detail and pride in the property make the place feel luxurious while still personal. We can’t recommend this special place highly enough.

The pool was nice, and the reception and maintenance staff were truly wonderful. But apartment 21 was dirty and smelly, and water from the leaking air-conditioning ended up all over the floor. The rooftop hot tub area lights didn’t work, television remotes were missing, the dryer was rusty, and there was mould in the bathrooms. For the price, I was very disappointed. The location was great.

The facilities, location and staff at Noosa Tropicana are all incredible. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Noosa and am already looking forward to going back.

Darrell made us feel welcome and took time to explain the attractions and landmarks we could visit, answering all our questions. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and warm, and we especially loved our rooftop spa. The pool and other amenities were fabulous.
