The restaurant meals were delicious every time, and the catering staff gave excellent service. The Convict dinner was a real highlight. Rooms were clean and tidy, with daily servicing available if needed. Staff throughout the accommodation were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. There's a separate guest laundry with a washer and dryer, each costing three $1 coins to use. Tour bus pickups and drop-offs were easy to access. I'd highly recommend staying here and eating at the restaurant.

I enjoyed the lovely pool and relaxing in the sun, and the grounds were pleasant. The staff were friendly, and the full buffet breakfast and other meals were delicious. My room was dated, and there was a step into the ensuite that felt like a tripping risk for me with two new hips to protect. I managed the two flights of stairs well because I'm fit. For my next holiday in December, I'll choose somewhere closer to pristine Emily Bay and the huge, magnificent Norfolk pines.

There was plenty of free parking, and some cafes and restaurants were within walking distance. It's also next door to the gardens, gallery, and cyclorama. The staff were friendly, the amenities were good, and the rooms, though a little dated, were perfectly serviceable.

Really nice place to stay, so clean, and the staff were a great help. It's a pleasant walk into town, and the restaurant food was delicious. Just excellent, thank you!
