Spice At Oak Absolute Oceanfront House

Waking up early in the upstairs sunroom to watch the sunrise over the beach was amazing. I also loved the outdoor space, especially lounging by the gorgeous pool in the cabana, with the sun on my face and palms rustling around me. The swinging daybed was another great place to unwind. The master bedroom felt like its own oasis. Its bi-fold windows open onto palm tree views, and lying in bed with the ocean breeze coming in was so relaxing. The whole house has a serene feel, like being in another world. Its vintage Indian doors, old timbers and tribal details give it a relaxed boho-Moroccan style that feels special. The sea breeze and swaying palms made for a lovely welcome. Oak Beach feels secluded, like a hidden gem, yet Port Douglas is close enough for a day out or a nice meal. Luxury Holidays staff were really helpful with the booking and making sure the stay went well. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Definitely recommend Spice at Oak for a private, relaxing getaway with the comforts of a luxury escape between Cairns and Port Douglas.
