The location is breathtaking and the price felt absolutely okay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the host went out of his way to make us feel at home. I’m not much of a traveler, but I felt so relaxed at the lodge that I’d happily have stayed longer. No negatives at all.

We were there for a few days for our anniversary a few weeks ago, and the room’s fireplace and big bath were great on cold winter nights. It was clean, well laid out, and had lovely views in a great location. Service was perfect, with lots of attention to detail. We’d definitely recommend it and would come back if we’re in the area again. Special thanks to Mike for being such a great host!

The cottage was stunning and just as pictured, with so much care in the details. Mike was a welcoming, helpful host and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The location is great, quiet, and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back.

Mike picked up pizzas for us and gave us a lift to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we’ll be back. We stayed with friends for our 35th Wedding Anniversary, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. They had patios and lovely countryside views.

Mike provided lots of information about the area and restaurants, and his courtesy ride to and from the restaurant made our night out really enjoyable. Mike and Ann were great to talk with and couldn’t do enough to help. The room was modern and very clean, and nothing was a problem. It’s a wonderful, quiet place to stay. We’ll return soon 😊
