The setting in the garden is nice, but the rooms were dirty and poorly kept. There was dust and dirt everywhere, the carpet was filthy, and even the dish rack was grimy. Everything felt dingy, so we didn't use the kitchenette. I lifted a cushion on an armchair and the dirt underneath looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about 10 years. The bathroom and shower were outdated and unkempt too. An older property doesn't have to be dirty. We contacted the property through the booking platform but got no response.

The host was organised and attentive, and the beds were comfortable. The room worked well for 2 mids 2 adults, with a bath and 2 toilets that made life easier. Handy for Borenore Caves, wineries, dubbo zoo and the city centre, and good value overall.

We came from Cootamundra to Orange for a week while my son and his friend attended a barca soccer camp. It was just a 9-minute drive to where the boys needed to be, and the quiet place had plenty of grass for them to run around. The cleaners were friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely two-night stay in the studio apartment. The grounds and quiet setting were a treat, and we liked the comfy beds and chairs, kitchenette and facilities. Instructions for getting the key from its secure box and checking out were easy to follow. The texts and emails were friendly and welcoming, and my questions got quick replies. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Orange.

We found the units affordable, clean and comfortable, and they stayed warm in winter. The gardens are lovely and well kept across the five acres, with the golf club just opposite for lunch or dinner. Our two-bedroom unit had everything we needed for a family of three to five children. I recommend it.
