We had two comfortable nights and the staff looked after us well. They even had secure undercover garage parking for our bikes. Many thanks, we'd both highly recommend staying here.

The first time we ate here, staff showed us to our table, were really friendly, and the food was perfect. Our second visit was a different story. Staff were rude and unfriendly, the food came cold, and I couldn't eat the lasagna. A Woolworths home brand one might have tasted better. I also asked at the bar about the $15 lunch specials advertised on the website, but the staff member spoke rudely, ignored me and walked away. They made us feel rushed while we were choosing what to order. We won't be back.

The drink prices were the one drawback, though understandable by today's standards. Otherwise, a great place: the best schnitzel and Diane sauce I've ever had, a nice vibe, and not too busy, which was a bonus. Staff were nice and the location's great. Highly recommend.

The shops around here and Coles across the road are very convenient, and the staff are lovely, of course. Just remember it's a pub, so you may have the sort of guests who stay at pubs around you. Soundproofing between rooms is poor. I was a little disappointed with the room, which wasn't quite as nice as the photos. Fine for a short stay if you'll be out most of the time and sleep heavily.
