Linda looked after us so well during a lovely, clean and enjoyable stay. She was extremely helpful, even when I accidentally left my keys there. Tea, coffee and the basics were provided, along with extra treats like chocolates. It's a great base for the Coonawarra wine district, with the Penola hotel within walking distance for the evening and plenty of wineries to drive to nearby, including the winery walking trail.

The beds were comfortable and the cottage had good equipment, though the creaky floors make it easy to know when someone gets up. We had a happy stay, but the oven was tricky to figure out, and for the cost the TV felt too small and was mounted too high.

A nice place to stay, cosy even if it is a little small. Every bedroom has air conditioning.

The location was good and the beds were really comfortable, but the place looked very tired. The bathroom and toilet needed a clean.

A small cottage presented very nicely, with everything needed for a short stay. You can walk to Penola town centre from there.
