Dinner was lovely, with beautifully presented, delicious food and a fine dining atmosphere. Nathan and Naomi were friendly and attentive, and made the meal feel special. My only small wish was for more generous servings after a full day of activities. The quality was excellent, but portions were quite small, as can happen with fine dining. We had a spacious, clean village-view room, and the whole hotel was immaculately tidy. The locker room and dryer room were very handy after being out all day. Parisia Manor Hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the chairlift, which made the trip extremely convenient. A fantastic stay with great food and service.

Base 1720 Bar & Restaurant was a real highlight, with delicious three-course dinners each evening and a generous full breakfast every morning. Nathan and Mike gave outstanding service and made us feel welcome. For lunch, the Pub Family Food Court was a handy place to meet, refuel and warm up before heading back to the slopes. Our Mountain Budget room suited us perfectly, warm and comfortable, with everything close by. The log fire foyer was a lovely place to unwind after skiing, and the ski gear drying room was a bonus. Perisher Manor Hotel sits at the base of the slopes at Mt Perisher, between two ski lifts, so getting out to ski each day was incredibly easy. We had a memorable stay in the NSW Snowy Mountains. Comfort, hospitality and convenience all came together for a wonderful skiing holiday, and we’ll definitely be back.

We came for five days of skiing with the family and found a lovely, quiet spot away from the crowds, with excellent service. Oska at the bar was always so kind with the kids’ hot chocolates, had great cocktail suggestions and went above and beyond. Glad we found this place. We’ll be back!

Jackson made my stay extra special. He explained the menu, checked that everything was right and was always happy to help. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and his warmth and professionalism really stood out from the moment I arrived. I also spoke with a few other guests, and they all had something positive to say about him. The whole staff has been lovely, but Jackson consistently goes above and beyond. His service makes a real difference, and he deserves to be recognised. Thank you, Jackson!

The ski lockers and laundry facilities were important for us, and the restaurant team led by Nathan made the trip so enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner were included and both were amazing. Perisher Manor is right beside the Perisher V8 lift, which is a great location. We felt lucky to find a room during school holidays this ski season, since you need to book months ahead. A great place with a great team, highly recommended 👍👍👍
