Ace Accommodation Albany

We had a nice clean room, friendly staff, and a good buffet breakfast to get the day started. There was a bit of noise outside our room on the first night, but nothing worth complaining about. We were there for two nights, everything else was great, and I’d definitely stay again.

We went for a quick break and were glad we picked the deluxe spa suite, as the extra space was worth it. The room felt modern and was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small drawback is that the main town centre isn’t close enough to walk to, though it’s just a short drive.

Christine made breakfast a real highlight for us. She was caring, attentive, and friendly, always serving with a smile and such a happy manner. We booked two rooms for seven people at Mandala Ace Albany, and they were roomy, clean, and set up with enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay with good facilities and service that made it memorable. We’d definitely choose Mandala Ace Albany again, and recommend it for families or groups visiting Albany.

I’ve never been looked after with such friendliness and care. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and you can get food and drinks at the restaurant, with a breakfast buffet available too. Great hotel and service at Mandala Ace, highly recommended.
