Nola made sure we were comfortable throughout our four nights at Exley House, and her breakfasts were fabulous. The guest areas are spacious and comfortable, the bedding was excellent, and our ensuite was lovely. We could heat takeaway in the guest lounge, which has a microwave and crockery, and the buffet unit had tea, coffee and little cooked treats. The property is a credit to Nola and Kym, and its location is very convenient. A real highlight of our Perth and WA holiday. We highly recommend staying here.

Exley House is a wonderful old home, renovated with care and attention to detail. With only two rooms, it feels peaceful and private, and the tariff is very reasonable. Nola and Kim provided impeccable service, and breakfast was just what I needed before the long drive home. I wish I’d known about it sooner, I would have stayed here instead of with family. Looking forward to coming back. 6 stars!

We had to bring my 84 year old mum to Hollywood hospital, which is just around the corner, and we’ll be back. It’s a beautiful, tranquil and comfortable home, with thoughtful little extras you don’t find elsewhere. Nola was lovely and very accommodating. Thank you, Nola.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was cosy, comfortable and stylish, and breakfast was very good with a few options to choose from.
