We were sent here after our flight was cancelled, and Mostafa was incredibly accommodating during the emergency. His manner and service were exceptional, and we’re grateful he looked after us. The room was clean and nice, there was plenty of parking around the hotel, and the Botanical Gardens were a short stroll away. Highly recommend it.

This was my second stay at the Holiday Inn in Western Perth, and the room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. I also had a smooth, welcoming check-in, thanks especially to Moustafa at reception. He was friendly, professional and helpful, and made me feel at home. Breakfast had a great range of fresh options, and the staff there were polite and attentive. Another excellent stay, and I’ll be back.

We stayed for a week in September, and the spacious, clean room had a comfortable bed. The quiet location is within a 10-minute walk of Kings Park, and free CAT buses run to the Perth CBD. Nearby restaurants often weren’t open or closed early during the week, so we usually took the bus into the CBD or ate at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was really good, and the service was great, especially from Andrelyn.

A comfortable, modern place just outside the CBD, with clean, well-equipped rooms and friendly staff. Handy for business or leisure, and good value with the reliable IHG standards.

The rooms were clean and modern, and both reception and housekeeping gave exceptional service. It’s a quiet area, which is nice, but the hotel is a little out of the way and there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Luckily, the on-site restaurant is really good.
