Hyde Perth

Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh food, plenty of variety, and warm, attentive restaurant service. Our spacious, stylish room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and there were thoughtful details throughout. My wife was especially taken with the in-room Dyson hairdryer and now thinks we need one at home. The whole hotel feels fresh and modern, and the atmosphere is lively but still relaxed. For a brand new place, everything ran smoothly. The team should be proud of the guest experience they've created. Every staff member made us feel welcome with a genuine smile. Service was attentive, friendly and professional the whole time. Alex and Roghar at the front desk were especially helpful and approachable whenever we needed anything. We had a fantastic stay at the newly opened Hyde Perth, found it excellent value, and will definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth.

The room felt inviting as soon as I walked in, with good lighting and plenty of space. Water pressure and drainage were fine in both the shower and WC, and the WiFi was fast. The team stayed attentive even with a few minor operational hiccups, which they resolved efficiently. For a couple of nights at a new place, the experience has been about a 9/10 so far. Hannah gave me a warm welcome and was really professional, which made my stay at Hyde Perth start well. The cozy living room has soft beige carpet and feels inviting. My bed was comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean, and there were cute thongs in the room. The Dyson hairdryer was the best part! There were a few issues on the other fronts: the phone didn't work, water pressure was a bit low, and the terrace wasn't open yet. Still, I think Hype Perth had a successful soft launch, and I can't wait to come back.

We didn't stay overnight, but had drinks by the pool before dinner at Farra restaurant and came away with a good impression. It has a relaxed, slightly classy feel without being over the top, and the afternoon pool area feels like a hidden escape in the middle of Perth. The drinks were nicely made and presented, and staff were friendly and easygoing. It wasn't crowded or rushed, just comfortable. I'd happily return for another few drinks.
