We felt at home after busy days exploring Perth, and would happily stay at Guildford Road again. The decor was lovely, with the kind of character you get from someone with flair and imagination. Everything was clean, the water pressure was good, the bed was firm, and the well-stocked kitchen had what we needed. Getting around was easy, with a casual stroll to the train station and a very short walk to the bus stop. Our delightful host, Siggy, went the extra mile to make us comfortable and enthusiastically suggested things to do and places to visit in a city she was clearly proud of.

Siggy was responsive and clearly explained everything we needed to know. The two-bedroom apartment in Sevenoaks was gorgeous, bright and spotlessly clean, with pleasing interior design and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and both the hot water temperature and pressure were really good. Highly recommend it.

A minimum stay of seven days makes this a very economical option. The accommodation has a retro feel and is clean and tidy, with a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It’s near a bus and train stop into the city, as well as restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
