Room 1003 was horribly hot. There was no airflow from the balcony, the only fan was weak and tucked in the master wardrobe, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. I emailed about it and still haven't heard back. My experience in room 605 was very different for air conditioning, which was really good, and it was well equipped. I did hate the chair, though. While eating cereal, I sat down and fell straight onto my tailbone. It made a mess, and when I checked the chair, only two of its four bolts were attached. The other two were missing. I posted a TripAdvisor review with photos. I was extremely disappointed with how this was handled. All I got was a simple “sorry”, with no compensation. I'm still in pain and had to take time off work. I keep thinking how much worse it could have been for an elderly guest, who might have been seriously injured. Disappointed.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the location is right in the heart of the city. The walls are thin enough that we could hear the TV in adjoining rooms. We also missed having a window to let in some fresh air.

The front desk was helpful about storing our luggage, and the kitchen had enough cookware. The room felt a little aged but was acceptable. The walls seemed thin, since at one point we could hear the person next door snoring.

The same stained quilt was used throughout our stay. People were blasting music from 3am onwards, and the staff did absolutely nothing, so forget sleeping in on a weekend. I can't recommend this place at all, especially for a work trip.
