Rod and Anne made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with every detail thought through. It had fast, free Wi-Fi and everything we needed, including a kitchen, washing machine and patio. It’s close to a local shopping centre and a short walk from the Swan River. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all this? Strongly recommended.

It’s quiet and calm beside UWA, and the rooms and furniture are always in great condition. Everything is clean and in its place. The owners are very friendly, and I’ve loved staying here every time. The location is handy too. Buses to the city, Claremont, Freo and Subi are just a few minutes away on foot, and Broadway Shopping mall is a good distance away. It’s my go-to for snacks and meals when I don’t feel like going far. Looking forward to coming back.

From the street it’s a beautiful older-style building, but once you step into the unit, it feels palatial. The unit felt just like home, and the caretakers and hosts, Rod&Anne, are a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended. It’s very close to the city and easy to get around.

A lovely stay, with owners who were helpful and had thought of every detail. There’s a beautiful short walk to the swan river and coffee shops, and the free busses are very close. Highly recommend.

Kenata has been my best stay so far among the short term rentals I've tried around here. It's not especially luxurious, but it's spotless and has everything you need. A good choice if you're visiting UWA.
