Poor service. We know there’s a cancellation policy, but there was no consideration for unexpected circumstances, or even an offer of a partial refund. The admin person was unwilling to discuss options, even though we were ready to rebook for another date. The apartment could have been booked again, and if not, there would have been no cleaning to do. If an unforeseen cancellation happens through no fault of your own, don’t book this apartment.

We left almost straight away and booked somewhere else. This place wasn’t close to being worth $300 a night. The room smelled and felt grimy, with rubbish down the side of the washing machine, an air conditioner that wasn’t working properly, and an old, outdated TV. The corridor smelled bad too, and the walls were dirty and the carpet dusty. We wasted 30-40 minutes trying to find parking. The spaces were very small, tight, and dark. It’s a shame to say this about a business, but I hope it helps someone avoid spoiling a city break. Hopefully they have improvements planned.

For Ozzy Day, my mother booked two rooms for all of us and asked that they be beside each other. We ended up on different floors. Both rooms were disgusting, smelled of mould, and seemed to have cockroaches and bed bugs. We went down to complain, but there was nobody in the office. They hadn’t given us Wi-Fi or lockbox codes, or even a phone number to call, and the place was falsely advertised. The service was poor. I’d strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

The best part was the large kitchen and lounge, and the bedrooms were great too. There was plenty of cupboard space, and the beds were fantastic. My son and I stayed four nights in a two-bedroom apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the rooms were clean when we arrived and quite spacious. There was some chipped wall panelling and what looked like unfinished renovation work. We faced Hay Street, but the apartment was quiet. I’d be very happy to stay again. Cheers.
