Jodi was lovely, and the place is amazing, thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and quiet. I had a lot to get done, but the ocean view made that difficult! I'd recommend it to Perth visitors, and locals could try it for a weekend away too. Shame the rating only goes up to five stars.

Jodi and Kyle were fantastic, friendly, and accommodating to my son during his six-month midweek stay. He said it felt like home. His room had a private bathroom and was clean, tidy, and peaceful, and he loved the little kitchenette area. I'd definitely recommend this homestay.

The mattress was clean, though a bit soft. We didn't use the spa bath because it was so high and the flimsy wooden bench provided to get in didn't feel safe. There was no shower curtain, and the towels felt like sandpaper.

We turned up in Perth without anywhere booked, came across the OR Homestay, and gave them a call. They were happy to help with everything, and we stayed two nights. There were other guests, but the place is so big that we never saw anyone. Highly recommend. Thank you, Jodi and Kyle 😄

Ms. Alison made our first trip to Australia feel comfortable and homey. She was very helpful, and her communication was clear and to the point. The place itself is clean and well maintained, with a beautiful garden nearby and grocery shops within walking distance. Highly recommended.
