The apartment was clean, roomy, and up to date, with all the amenities, a comfy bed, and very good wifi. The staff were courteous, and the free CAT bus stop is only 50 meters away. It’s also just 2-3 mins drive to CBD. My main frustration was early check-in. I’d messaged a week ahead because I was arriving after a long flight, but at check-in the lady said the room wasn’t ready. She kindly stored my luggage, though I was only 30 mins before check-in time. About 10 minutes after I’d changed and got ready to head out, she told me it was ready, so I moved my things and left. There’s no restaurant or cafe on site, and nearby cafes close around 2-3 pm. The nearest supermarket is about 10-15 mins walk.

For a short stay while passing through, this place works well. The rooms are large and have everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer, and the staff always go above and beyond to help. The location is what lets it down for me. It’s in a nice part of Perth by kings park, but getting there from the airport isn’t very accessible. There’s no parking, no food on site, and dining options are a fair walk away.

We spent 4 nights in a Studio King Room at Quest Kings Park. Kings Park is directly across the street, and the bus is a 2 minute walk away. The room was clean and serviced regularly, with a comfortable medium/firm bed, a safe, and a washer and dryer. There was a kettle but no coffee machine. The hotel itself was nice and the front desk staff were friendly. Food and groceries take more walking: only a couple of restaurants are within 7 min, most are over a 10 minute walk, and the grocery store is 15 mins away. If I came back to Perth, I’d choose somewhere closer to amenities.

The apartment was very clean, and I appreciated having laundry powder for the washing machine. The staff were friendly and conscientious. I’d recommend staying here.

The shower pressure kept cutting in and out, and for 3 days noisy waterpipes disturbed my sleep at night. It could have been a great stay otherwise, but it wasn’t pleasant.
