Quest Midland

When the storm in Perth knocked out power at Midland Quest, we were redirected to Ascot Quest without any hassle. The team there were clearly run off their feet, but still greeted us with a lovely smile and great service. Very professional. Many thanks, Quest.

The gym had very good equipment, and the clean room had a comfy bed and a kitchen stocked with plenty of pans and utensils. I even left a roast lamb cooking on the timer while I went to the cinema nearby. It’s a great spot, with places to eat close by and a big shopping mall and station just a short walk away. Parking is limited, so it’s best to book ahead, although there are plenty of spots on the street outside after hours. Best of all, after I accidentally left something valuable behind, Shen and Sonny went to great lengths to find it and contact me. I’m so grateful. I hope I’ve got your names right. Thank you.

We came for the last 2 nights of our time in Perth, mostly to rest before going home, and ended up really enjoying our stay. Our one-bedroom apartment would have worked well for a short visit or a longer one. There are lots of shops and eateries within walking distance, and the hotel is conveniently near the largest shopping mall in Midland. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Quest Midland has become one of our favourite places to stay in Perth.

The apartment has a lot going for it, with an oven, washing machines, stoves, and even a dishwasher. It’s a very nice place overall. At check-in, though, the counter was closed because the staff member was “attending to another customer,” so I had to wait quite a while. That understaffing affected the service for me.
