Rosemoore was a lovely, quiet place to begin our Australia trip. Birds were around the garden in the mornings, and her sweet pups came to greet us, usually hoping for a belly scratch. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the garden ran from 7:15 to 9 and included fresh fruit, bread, cereal, jams, yogurt, fresh-squeezed juice, coffee and tea. The shower was steaming hot with great pressure, and the heated bed was a big plus on chilly nights and mornings. There were extra blankets too. Our room had a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, plates and cutlery, so we could bring food and snacks back. The train was a 10-minute walk and the nearest beach about 15 minutes away. There was construction next door, but the guys were respectful and we barely noticed them. The one drawback was that we couldn’t connect to wifi from the farthest room, which used up a lot of data while planning the rest of our stay.

We called after 6pm for a room at RoseMoore B&B and were glad we did. The rooms are nicely appointed and private, and the outdoor verandah in front is a lovely spot to unwind after a day touring and at the beaches. It’s a beautiful place in a peaceful garden setting. Breakfast was excellent, and our host even joined us. We’re also grateful to Shelley for recommending a physiotherapist when we urgently needed one. It turned out to be a great recommendation. We’d certainly come back.

I’ve been staying here for 15+ years and keep returning. It’s still as good as ever. Shelley is a friendly, helpful hostess with beautiful dogs, and her continental breakfast is the best. The rooms are spotless, each with its own ensuite. Great value and location.

I’ve stayed at RoseMoore B & B for the past six years whenever I visit Perth. The room feels like a friendly home away from home, and parking is safe and easy. Shelley is lovely, and so are the two friendly dogs. I enjoy the verandah, garden and birds, especially with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Breakfast is served on the verandah when the weather’s good, and indoors it’s very cosy in winter. I highly recommend staying with Shelley.

Our room was just right, and the property has lots of character and charm, with a pretty, private garden. Shelley is a wonderfully relaxed and welcoming host.
