The views were beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We spent Valentine’s here and had such an incredible stay. The staff were attentive and lovely throughout, especially Ofania, who looked after us and made the visit feel even more memorable. We’d be very happy to come back.

Breakfast at Restaurant Botanica was exceptional, and our waitress was so friendly. We spent three relaxing days here while visiting the Hunter Valley. The room had loads of space and a really comfortable bed, and on a warm day we enjoyed a dip in the outdoor pool. There are plenty of wineries within walking distance if you want to try some Hunter Valley wine. Highly recommend.

The big pool was just what we needed in the hot weather, and the rooms had plenty of space. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful resort with eight of us plus guests. It’s a lovely, spacious room in a very quiet spot that feels out of the way. Most of the staff were amazing and helpful, and breakfast was perfect. I just wish there were a bar for afternoon drinks.

They even organized a breathtaking hot air balloon experience for us, something we’ll remember for years. The team made my wife’s 30th birthday feel magical, taking care with every request. There were rose petals on the bed, chilled bubbly and chocolate-dipped strawberries waiting when we arrived. From our welcome onward, everyone was warm, gracious and attentive. The hospitality made the resort feel personal as well as luxurious, and we left feeling refreshed and thoroughly pampered. We had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend it for a romantic escape or a special treat for someone you love.
