After years of camping, staying in Villa 1 over the Easter long weekend felt like a treat. We had our three adult kids and their partners with us, and there was room to relax, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed, even tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. We only had to bring food and clothes! From the balcony we could watch the kids at the skate park and bike track, close enough to keep an eye on them without getting in the way. The beach, pub and The Green Beanie coffee van were a quick walk away. The communal pool area was fabulous, with a huge pool, BBQ and utensils, fridge, roomy prep area with a sink, sun lounges, dining tables and chairs, plus convenient showers and a bathroom. There was plenty of space even with the place full. Michelle, the new Manager, was a delight to deal with: professional, warm, helpful and friendly. Thank you, Michelle. We couldn't recommend Port Denison Beach Resort more highly.

The balcony had lovely ocean views, and the place was clean, tidy and really well equipped for a stay with kids. My only complaint is that the main bed felt a bit small. A king bed would suit that lovely room better. Everything else was great, and we'll definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

We keep coming back, which probably says it all. The owners are helpful and easy to deal with, and the balconies look over the bike park and out to the ocean. It's a beautiful spot. The spacious, private, well-designed houses work well for a family or two couples with some kids, and sleep six easily.

Kirsty has been kind, helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Making or cancelling a booking was easy too. The rooms and amenities are fantastic, and it's clean and quiet. Parking is great, it's close to the pub, and the pool area is great. I'd definitely recommend it!

This two-storey resort has three rooms and enough beds for six people. There's a kitchen, air-conditioning, a living area and a massive backyard that's great for a BBQ.
