Peppers Beach Club

We changed our booking from another five-star hotel at the last minute, and I'm glad we did. Our clean, roomy one-bedroom apartment looked out over the lovely pool. Staff were excellent, there were plenty of sunbeds, and the pool was always clean. Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast came with our stay and had something for everyone. I'd recommend it to families, couples, or solo travellers.

The penthouse was spacious, beautifully furnished, and immaculate, and its private pool made our little family staycation feel especially relaxing. It was hard to leave, with so much care in the furnishings and the overall feel of the apartment. We could also walk easily to the main street, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our one-night stay at Peppers was easily the best hotel experience we've had, and we can't wait to return. Thanks for making it so memorable.

We spent four nights here on our honeymoon and had an excellent stay. The staff went out of their way to make things great. Both Main Street and the beach are just a few minutes away on foot. My wife and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for everything!

For what we paid, we expected better cleanliness and facilities. The hotel feels dated, and our room wasn't properly cleaned. Housekeeping didn't come every day, and when they did, the job was still not thorough. Staff were friendly but not very attentive, and several requests we made while travelling with a baby were missed. Our room sat above the car park entrance. The old gate rattled the windows and woke our baby several times. There are no lifts, so we had to carry several suitcases up the stairs. Hotel security also seemed poor, as anyone could come in from the street and use the facilities. You can't order from the pool unless you go into the restaurant, and there's no swim-up bar. The location is good, and the stay wasn't terrible, but it didn't meet what we expected for the price.
