There’s loads to do here, from the games room and rooftop BBQ and chillout area to the spa, pool, and kids’ playground. The room was nicely styled and clean, with a comfy bed and a good-sized balcony. Parking underneath was easy, the views were beautiful, and we were within walking distance of the pub and waterfront. There’s wood-fired pizza downstairs too. One of us slept on the fold-out lounge, which wasn’t too bad.

We’ve been returning to this resort for about 15 years and still can’t wait for the next trip. The apartments are huge, always clean, and the linen and beds are fresh and super comfortable. We’ve stayed in nearly every room on the top floors over the years, always on the beach or riverview side for those stunning views. The staff are lovely and we’re close to everything we need. The rooftop spa is a must 😁. Port Pacific has affordable rates and is great value, especially compared with the nearby boutique hotels. We love it here!

On arrival, ants were trailing through the lounge and into the main bedroom. We told staff and used the spray they gave us, but the ants were back the next day. At night there were cars doing burnouts in the streets and people screaming. The rooms looked nice and had a great view, and we enjoyed the pool and spa.

The resort was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the spas, playground, pool, and BBQ areas. Antonio was especially helpful during our five-night stay: when the laundry was closed, he kindly opened it for us and showed us another laundry on Level 2 that stayed open late. The staff were very friendly.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach just a short walk away. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were pleasant, and the facilities were well maintained. Port pacific resort was very clean and comfortable, and worked well for adults and families. It’s not a five-star resort.
