The room has a cosy feel, is very well equipped, and the bed was so comfortable. Denise is a friendly host and has thought of everything to make a stay memorable.

Denise and Ian are great hosts and friends, and Denise made sure nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was warm, clean, and nicely decorated, and I felt right at home. It was lovely and cosy, with a fantastic breakfast. If you visit Portarlington, stay here.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and I'll return. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious continental spread with fresh fruit, and the homemade biscuits were a special treat.

The online photos don't really do this lovely place justice. We were very well looked after, with all the amenities and thoughtful extras: fresh juice, milk, water, cut fruit, and homemade jams. The hosts were lovely, and the bed was very comfy. Continental breakfast was included.
