Service was amazing, so well done to the staff. The hotel is centrally located, and the rooms were clean, but they need duvet covers. It’s clearly the budget version of Hilton. The lobby could use renovation, and there weren’t many places to sit and relax, which is the main reason I choose Hilton. The location felt a bit run down overall.

The rooms are great, and it looks like I’ll be a customer here forever. Faith, the duty manager, deserves my thanks for her great service, cooperation, and consideration. The location is awesome and the staff are awesome too, but it’s the people working here that make the hotel stand out, more than any location or fancy rooms. The rooms are great as well. I recommend this place.

After a long 16-hour flight from LA, I got such a warm, friendly welcome from Faith at the front desk. Her excellent customer service made me feel special. Nos and Lace at breakfast were very kind and make great coffee. The team has a compassionate, friendly vibe, and the location is great. Five stars.

I enjoyed unwinding by the pool after a busy day, and the hotel was conveniently located for exploring the area. The room was spotless, with a modern design and thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. Staff were attentive and efficient, always making sure I was comfortable. A great mix of luxury and comfort, and I highly recommend it.

The city views and natural light from the balcony rooms on the top two floors are incredible, and those fresh warm cookies at check-in are a lovely bonus. You can help yourself to more for free, too. We stayed four nights and found the CBD location handy for getting everywhere. The rooms were nice, but Gregor and Madisyn really made the stay: they recommended places to eat and things to see, and even helped with our bags and packing the car in the rain. There’s a laundromat next door for just $5 if you’re staying longer. They made everything feel comfortable and relaxing. I’d highly recommend it.
