Econo Lodge Portland

The room was cosy, and the beds were warm and comfortable. The only downsides were the bathroom, which needs updating, and the fridge, which froze everything inside.

The room was comfortable and the location was good. The walls are very thin, though, and we could easily hear the people next door talking. There weren't many guests at the motel, so we got a cooked breakfast, which was yummy, with good coffee. The continental breakfast is always good too. Despite the noise through the walls, we'd definitely stay again.

The outside of Econo Lodge - Portland looks a little dated, but inside our room and bathroom had been renovated and were clean and comfortable. We stayed for four days over Easter. When I reported a hot water and shower problem to the evening staff member around 9pm, she arrived with a handyman within ten minutes and had it sorted. I’d expected to wait until morning. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.
