Sea & Soul Beachside Studios

The location is great, and the apartment's architecture is smartly built. But it was very, very dusty and dirty. My partner and I, and my dog, all have allergies to house dust, ranging from small to large. The first day was pretty bad, with itchy eyes. There were black dirt marks all over the sheets and lots of hair and dust around the bed. After the first fill, mold was floating everywhere in the spa, so my partner had to clean it. The chest that doubles as a table is broken in the middle, so we had to be careful not to put luggage on it. The curtain by the entrance is broken too. You're very close to your neighbours, and the people in the beach hpuse had two dogs that kept barking through our first night. If the place had been clean, we might have considered staying more often. As an interior designer, I'd also suggest changing the curtains to electric ones, upgrading the kitchen and spa, and adding a proper shower. Having a shower in the spa is a bit odd.

The unit was warm and comfortable, and the location was great. My one complaint is the glass brick bathroom wall. No matter how much you love someone, you don't want to see them sitting on the toilet!

The room was nice and had all the mod cons. I was otherwise satisfied, though the tariff felt a bit high. There were occasional problems with the electric sockets, and there wasn't a large rubbish bin.
